1. Introduction

Appstack, provided by Appstack Technologies, Co., aims to offer mobile app developers a transparent, flexible, and accessible software solution to enhance their measurement and attribution efforts. These Terms of Service govern the use of our services by businesses that own active mobile apps listed on app stores.

2. Definitions

Service refers to the custom-built server infrastructure provided by Appstack that hosts SKAdNetwork postbacks.

Users refer to any app developer or company that creates an account with Appstack to utilize the services offered.

Data refers to the aggregated data processed by Appstack to provide services that do not include user-level data or expose sensitive information from the users' clients.

3. Account Registration and Use

To use the services provided by Appstack, users must:

Register an account using an email and password.

Create a team and add mobile apps for which they seek to implement Appstack's services.

Install Appstack endpoints to enable service provision.

Agree to these terms and assume responsibility for any discrepancies.

Users are prohibited from hacking or harming the platform.

4. Fees and Payment

The service is currently provided for free.

Future monetization may occur if the current financial model becomes unsustainable, details of which (subscription types, pricing schemas) will be defined and provided to users in advance for consent.

5. Intellectual Property

Users acknowledge that Appstack owns all intellectual property rights in the provided services and any hosted data. Users are granted a license to use the services as per these terms but are not entitled to ownership of any software or data.

6. Confidentiality

Appstack commits to maintaining the confidentiality of all user data. User data will not be sold or otherwise suspiciously treated and will be considered confidential within the terms of the agreement.

7. Warranties and Disclaimers

Appstack disclaims all warranties to the extent permitted by law, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Users accept that the use of the service is at their own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

Appstack's liability is limited to the service terms outlined on the website's pricing page and any agreed-upon written modifications. Liability is capped at the amount a user has paid to Appstack (if any).

9. Termination and Suspension

Appstack reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts at its discretion. Prior to termination, affected users will be notified and provided with all raw data relevant to their account.

10. Dispute Resolution

Disputes arising under these terms will be resolved in Argentina, following local laws and procedures.

11. Miscellaneous

These terms constitute the entire agreement between Appstack and its users. They supersede any prior agreements. Amendments or modifications to these terms must be agreed upon in writing.
